LEAD TIMES AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
- All quoted delivery times are APPROXIMATE only. These dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change without notice. We strongly recommend that you DO NOT under any circumstances schedule grand openings until after the receipt of your furniture and equipment. IDI Salon Equipment is not responsible for shipping delays.
- All deliveries are curbside delivery only. You will need to have personnel available to offload cartons from the truck. Inside and White Glove deliveries need to be requested by the customer and will incur additional fees. They also may not be available in your area. Please review shipping requirements with our design consultant upon placing your order.
- Upon delivery of your merchandise, please inspect the condition of all of the boxes. If any damage is present, it is mandatory to note specifications of damage on the freight carrier’s Bill of Lading before you sign receipt of goods. If damage has occurred during transit, this is the only avenue for receiving replacement parts or equipment that was damaged. It is also highly recommended to take pictures of the damages while the driver is still there so you will have sufficient evidence when you file your “freight claim” with the freight line that made your delivery. We also suggest that you also send IDI Salon Equipment an e-mail of pictures showing any damages that occurred so after you file your claim we can work with the trucking company in expediting your parts or replacement equipment.
